Our Pinot Gris is named Jimmy's Hill after the highest point on Bangor. Rising a commanding 1002 ft, Jimmy's Hill was the site of one of Tasmania's convict era semaphore stations. Seventh generation Tasmanian farmer Matt Dunbabin has been named 2015 Australian Farmer of the Year at the sixth annual Australian Farmer of the Year Awards, hosted by Kondinin Group and ABC Rural. Matt also collected Diversification Farmer of the Year at the Sydney awards ceremony last night.
